Sharing Our Positives!


Hello wonderful gift basket audience!  Today's post is all about the positive comments and feedback we have been receiving from our precious customers, and we figured, what better way to thank them for their comments and feedback than to share them in one of our posts!  Our most recent customer feedback has come to us via our contact us page.  We are always so excited when we receive correspondence from our customers and future customers!

We are always happy to assist via Chat, Telephone, Email, Facebook Messenger and regular USPS Mail!  Our Chat feature is our most popular because you can instantly get an answer from one of our customer service representatives.  You're also welcome to leave a message through our Chat feature - no email required :)

So let me share some of the great emails I've read over this last week.  It makes me so happy to share such positive comments and feedback; makes us feel good inside!

I was so surprised to read this email and I am so happy to have these great ladies as customers!  Here is what our customer Georgianne V. from North Carolina had to say...
 
Dear Little Gift Basket Boutique Team
 
My name is Georgianne and I contact you today to let you know just how wonderful your gift baskets really are.  My group of friends and I stumbled across your website last year sometime; we fell in love and haven't looked at another gift basket website since!
 
My group and I are 50 some thing's who have known one another for more than 20 years.  Every 4 months we get together for a long weekend and do what we do best, have fun!  On the last night of our weekend every 4 months, we have dinner and at that dinner, everyone leaves with a gift basket; the gift baskets our group of 18 has taken home since last year are your gift baskets - your fabulous gift baskets!
 
Each one of us is required to bring with us a gift basket; the idea is to buy one that we would each want to receive.  We buy them now only from your boutique and here's why...
  • Always have new selections
  • Quality baskets and items within
  • Beautiful presentation of every basket
  • Excellent variety
Most gift basket websites continue to carry the same baskets and that gets old when you do what we do every 4 months!  Anyway, once we receive the gift basket we've ordered, we write a little note that explains why we choose this specific basket and then we end with our name.  That note is placed in an envelope, sealed and taped to the bottom of the basket.  The rule is that the note cannot be opened until the recipient is home and enjoying one of the products from the basket.  And the very best part (outside of actually enjoying the gift baskets) is being able to talk about the baskets the next time we get together. 
 
Keep bringing us new products and selections and you'll continue to have this group of 18 50 some thing's as one of your most favorite and loyal customers!

This email came from one of our local healthcare organizations that held a fashion show in the community to raise funds to continue to sponsor senior activities and other events that help preserve quality of life among the senior living community...
 
Hi Nicole!

The Fashion show was great! I cannot thank you enough for your generous contribution to our annual fund raiser event.  Your gift certificate was a hit, we think everyone wanted to win it (smile).  The raffle ticket winner was ecstatic (I think that is the best way to describe the response from the winner).  Next year, I am hoping we'll be able to give away more than just one of your gift certificates; at least two, and a gift basket too.
 
We have a few large events coming up in the near future and I will make sure that we have some of your gift baskets as raffle prizes; these larger events are the perfect arena for your gift baskets and I'm sure they will bring you future business too!
 
Thank you again for not only being a part of helping us generate funds for our wonderful and necessary cause, but for also always being available to donate and sponsor our events.

We feel honored when we're able to be a part of meaningful community events.  Being a part of the event, as a sponsor, makes us feel as though we've made our own contribution and brought some extra fun and enjoyment to others along the way. - -nicole

Once again I want to thank you for taking extra special care of us.  I know my dozen gift baskets were a bit of a surprise for one order but I have to tell you that your boutique did an amazing job and because of that, our marketing seminar raffles were a huge hit.  We were so happy when UPS arrived and we saw that they all had arrived together - that was a very big help to us!  And, I know I scored some points with my boss too! (shhhh...). 

So, I had the marketing team create stickers with our company logo and yours (along with your website URL) and they were able to stick them in the front of the baskets - it turned out perfectly.  I so appreciate the great idea!

I will be sure to keep you in mind for future events and will do my best to give you as much notice as possible.  As you can see from speaking with my boss, there isn't much time for you to speak (I'm sorry...).

BTW, the gift baskets were really amazing, I was little surprised at how nicely packaged they were.  I actually got to keep one for myself and I have to be honest, I was impressed; wasn't expecting it to be so nice.  Keep up the great work and I will be in touch.

Margo was fun to work with, she had such a great personality.  Working with her on her dilemma to come up with a solution (because she really wanted this specific gift basket) so she could buy these specific gift baskets was not only fun but rewarding.  That type of customer involvement is what makes us at LittleGiftBasketBoutique.com proud and honored to be serving our customers and satisfying their needs!
