New Year = New Design

We are super excited about our Blog face lift!  Take a look at our new design, we're so excited that our Blog is now so much easier to read.  We've changed the layout and made it more reader friendly.  We've followed suite with our Facebook update a few months ago - great feedback by all!

It's been an amazing year with Little Basket Boutique and I am ready for an even better 2013!  We had such a wonderful season this year, and I owe a BIG thank you to all our customers who shopped with us once again and took advantage of our coupon savings.  It certainly does pay to subscribe to our News Letter [wink]

As 2012 comes to a close, I want to take a moment to reflect on how rewarding the hard work feels when it begins to pay off.  I have so many wonderful supporters in my life and this great eCommerce venture just wouldn't be the same without the love and support from all the wonderful friends and family of Little Gift Basket Boutique, LLC!  Thank You all for helping to make my dreams come true.

The busy holiday season is certainly upon us.  Christmas lights are beginning to show up on houses, Christmas songs are spinning on the radio and the other day while in a doctors office, the staff were already busy planning the office holiday "after" party; well, you know, because the holiday party was already planned... ;)


So...Thanksgiving is coming; just think...in two days we will feast on turkey, stuffing and all the delicious fixins' that make our holiday traditional!  As we clean up from Thanksgiving , Hanukkah begins creeping in (December 8th!).  And finally, Christmas comes along, and as quickly as it arrives, it's over!  After all the anticipation, excitement and time spent with the family, we then anxiously await the celebration of a New Year with new resolutions.


As the new year approaches, we begin all over again with Valentine's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day and so on.  So before the year begins all over again, take time this holiday season and relax, enjoy the family and friends you find yourself surrounded with and seize the moment, it goes by quickly leaving only great memories behind.


Begin your resolutions early and resolve to give those you love a gift basket filled with delicious gourmet delights and precious keepsake gifts!

Thanksgiving Traditions

Thanksgiving traditions are made up of all those great memories of families coming together to spend the holidays laughing and enjoying one another!  Some traditions include: flying "home" to be with the family; going skiing with the whole family; waking up to the smell of turkey baking in the oven; or helping mom bake pumpkin or apple pies (or both) early Thanksgiving morning.  I have very fond memories of many Thanksgiving being spent driving in the snow to be at my grandparents house where the entire family would gather every year.  Whatever our traditions were, are, or continue to be, we know that we need to be thankful for all we have; for our families, for our friends and for our freedom!  Share your blessings with your loved ones this holiday season.  Sit and talk and let your family know just how much you love them and how much you appreciate them.  Give thanks and be thankful this year and every year thereafter!

Imagine Receiving a Gift Basket
